HydraFacial
Experience Expert-Led Aesthetic Treatments

A HydraFacial is a non-invasive, multi-step facial treatment that combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration, and antioxidant protection in one session. It uses a patented device to deliver a series of serums while simultaneously vacuuming out impurities and dead skin cells from the pores. The treatment is suitable for all skin types and aims to improve skin texture, tone, and overall appearance.
HydraFacial is highly customizable with no downtime, making it a popular choice for those looking for immediate results. It can target concerns such as dryness, dullness, fine lines, congestion, and uneven skin tone, leaving the skin refreshed, radiant, and deeply hydrated.
How It Works?
The HydraFacial works through a unique, patented Vortex-Fusion technology that delivers a multi-step treatment in one seamless process. Here’s how it works:
Cleansing & Exfoliation: The treatment begins with a gentle cleansing to remove dead skin cells and surface impurities, followed by a mild exfoliation to reveal fresh, healthy skin.
Acid Peel: A blend of glycolic and salicylic acids is applied to loosen debris and dirt from pores without the irritation of a traditional chemical peel.
Extraction: Using a painless suction tool, the HydraFacial device removes blackheads, oil, and other impurities from the pores.
Hydration & Infusion: The skin is then infused with hydrating serums rich in antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid to nourish and protect the skin.
Areas We Treat
HydraFacial can be performed on multiple areas of the body, not just the face. Commonly treated areas include:
Face – The most popular area, targeting dullness, fine lines, congestion, enlarged pores, and uneven tone.
Neck & Décolletage – To hydrate, smooth, and rejuvenate delicate skin often exposed to sun damage and aging.
Back – Ideal for treating back acne, clogged pores, and dull skin.
Scalp (HydraFacial Keravive) – A specialized version to cleanse, exfoliate, and nourish the scalp for healthier hair growth.
Hands – To exfoliate and hydrate dry or aging hands, improving texture and tone.
Arms & Legs – For clients seeking smoother, glowing skin in specific areas, often before events or holidays.
Benefits of HydraFacial
The HydraFacial offers a wide range of benefits, making it a go-to treatment for many skin concerns. Key benefits include:
Deep Cleansing & Exfoliation: Removes dead skin cells, oil, and impurities for a smoother, fresher complexion.
Intense Hydration: Infuses the skin with powerful moisturising ingredients like hyaluronic acid and peptides.
Improved Skin Texture & Tone: Helps even out pigmentation and smooth rough or dull skin.
Minimised Pores & Reduced Congestion: Unclogs pores and reduces blackheads and breakouts.
Brightened Complexion: Promotes a healthy, radiant glow after just one treatment.
Non-Irritating & Gentle: Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, with no downtime.
Anti-Ageing Effects: Softens the appearance of fine lines and boosts firmness over time with regular sessions.
Aftercare Advice
Avoid touching your face immediately after treatment to prevent introducing bacteria to freshly cleansed skin.
Do not apply makeup for at least 6 hours to allow the skin to fully absorb the serums and heal.
Avoid exfoliating products (like AHAs, BHAs, retinol, or scrubs) for 48 hours post-treatment to prevent irritation.
Protect your skin from the sun by applying a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily — skin will be more sensitive post-treatment.
Avoid heat and sweating (e.g., saunas, steam rooms, intense workouts) for 24–48 hours to reduce the risk of irritation.
Stay hydrated and continue using a gentle, hydrating skincare routine to maintain your results.
Don’t pick at your skin even if you experience slight purging — this is normal and temporary.
Who Should Avoid HydraFacial?
Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals – Some serums contain ingredients like salicylic acid or retinol derivatives, which are not recommended during pregnancy or lactation.
Active rashes or skin infections – Including cold sores, eczema, or rosacea flare-ups, which could be aggravated by the treatment.
Severe or cystic acne – May require dermatological treatment first before safely having a HydraFacial.
Recent facial surgery, cosmetic procedures, or injectables – It’s best to wait at least 2 weeks or follow your practitioner’s guidance.
Allergies to ingredients – If the client is allergic to shellfish (as some serums are derived from marine ingredients), aspirin, or specific acids used, a patch test or alternative treatment may be needed.
Sunburned or overly sensitised skin – Treatment should be delayed until the skin has fully healed.
Treatment Duration and Follow-Up
Treatment Duration: A standard HydraFacial takes about 30 to 45 minutes, making it an ideal “lunchtime facial” with no downtime. Deluxe or Platinum versions (which include extras like LED light therapy or lymphatic drainage) may take up to 60 minutes.
Follow-Up:
For optimal and long-lasting results:A single treatment can leave the skin instantly refreshed and glowing.
For ongoing skin concerns (like acne, pigmentation, or ageing), a course of 1 treatment every 4 weeks is recommended.
Maintenance treatments can be done monthly to keep the skin clear, hydrated, and radiant.
