Please read these terms of sale carefully. You will be asked to expressly agree to these terms of sale before you place an order for products from our website.

In these terms of sale, "we" means Dr Alexa Clinic, a trading name of Beauty Digger Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13736134) (and "us" and "our" will be construed accordingly); and "you" means our customer or potential customer for products.

The advertising of products on our website constitutes an "invitation to treat"; and your order for products constitutes a contractual offer. The order process involves adding products to your basket, checkout, creating or logging into an account, selecting a delivery method, entering payment details, and receiving an order confirmation.

We will not file a copy of these terms of sale specifically in relation to your order. If you wish to retain a copy, we recommend that you download, print and retain a copy of these terms of sale for your records.

We offer products, including SkinCeuticals, Mesoestetic, ZO Skin Health, Obagi, Nuchido and GlycanAge.

Prices for products are quoted on our website. We will verify prices as part of our sale procedures. In addition to the price of the products, you may have to pay a delivery charge. Payment must be made upon the submission of your order. The prices on the website include all value-added taxes (where applicable).

You warrant that: (a) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; (b) the information provided in your order is accurate and complete; and (c) you will be able to accept delivery of the products.

We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order. We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver products on or before the date for delivery set out in our order confirmation or, if no date is set out, within 5 days of the date of our order confirmation. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date.

If delivery is unsuccessful and your order is returned to us, we will charge a £5 administration fee. The courier will make no more than 3 attempts; after this, the order will be sent back to the skincare shop and a refund will be processed minus the £5 administration charge.

The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you on delivery.

Prescription skincare — no-refund policy: due to the prescription nature of our skincare products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We strongly advise that you consult with your healthcare provider before making any purchase, as these products are intended for specific, prescribed use.

Returns and refunds: while we aim to ensure your satisfaction, please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for prescription skincare products once the order is completed. In cases where a product is defective, your statutory rights remain unaffected; however, refunds or exchanges will only be considered after verification of the defect.

Several restrictions apply, including that nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory consumer rights.

We will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of any event or series of events beyond our reasonable control. We will not be liable to you in respect of any business losses, such as loss of or damage to profits, income or revenue.

Under our refer-a-friend programme, when a person you refer books and completes any treatment over £300, you and your friend will each receive a £50 credit towards a future treatment. Your friend must give your name at the time of booking.

Any treatment over £300 qualifies — there are no treatment exclusions. There is no limit to the number of friends you may refer.

Credits apply to treatments only, are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and cannot be used to purchase or be applied against vouchers. A referral reward is issued only once the referred treatment has been completed and paid for. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the programme at any time. Full terms are confirmed in clinic.

We will treat all your personal information that we collect in connection with your order in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy. These terms of sale will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
