Aftercare Advice
To ensure the best results, please follow these guidelines:
Massage the treated area for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days (“5-5-5 Rule”) to ensure even collagen stimulation.
Avoid excessive heat exposure (saunas, steam rooms, intense sun) for a few days post-treatment.
Avoid alcohol consumption for 24 hours after treatment
Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and blood-thinning medications for at least 24 hours.
Do not apply makeup for 4 hours post-treatment

- Face & Neck: 2-3 sessions spaced 6 weeks apart, with maintenance every 6-12 months to sustain collagen production.
- Body (Décolletage, Arms, Knees, Abdomen, Buttocks): 3 sessions spaced 6 weeks apart, followed by maintenance every 6-12 months to maintain firmness and volume.
Since Sculptra works by stimulating natural collagen production, results develop gradually over several months and can last up to 2 years or more with proper maintenance.
